The Promontory has a no smoking policy and regrettably we cannot accommodate children and pets.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of valid credit card details. We take Visa and Mastercard.

No deposit will be taken at the time of booking but these details will secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, a fee of 30% of the total booking is payable. If cancellation occurs less than 8 days prior to arrival the full booking fee is payable. We will endeavour to re-book, and if successful, there will be no charge. We recommend insurance.
